Born in Liestal, Switzerland, she grew up with music, dance and theater.
During her exchange year in Santa Fe, Argentina, besides diving into culture and language, she explored the field of fine arts. After the Matura she pursued her passion for performing arts professionally and completed her training at the “Swiss Musical Academy” in Bern. After graduating as a musical theater performer, she started working as an actress and dancer in Switzerland and Germany. Besides she trained to become a Pilates instructor and found much joy in working as a pedagogue in the field of movement and dance. She deepened her skills in contemporary dance and acting in New York City during six months at “Steps on Broadway” and “Thomas G. Waites Acting Sudio”. With dancer and choreographer Romana Ramer she co-founded the company “RAMER & FRÜH”, creating interdisciplinary work between dance and theater as well as school dance projects. Currently she is studying theater pedagogy in the master’s program at Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. She is leading theater courses for kids and teenagers as well as teaching Pilates and dance.
She loves sharing her passion for performing arts and learning from her students, while growing and creating together with them.
